Description
Pipes with slots or perforations on the body are defined as slotted pipes. Common types include perforated, rectangular, trapezoidal, bridge and compound slots, as well as wire wrapped screens and mechanically cut slots.
Widely used in oil exploitation, slotted pipes realize sand control, reduce well maintenance, and improve well structural strength, integrity and stability.
